I all so ensures that the great enemies of change such as Scope Creep, Loss of Focus, Lack of Management /Ownership and Poor or No Project Definition.

To do this we use ISO18404 to benchmark a business and its key competencies to drive our training and development of teams and individuals in improvement, this gives us a unique advantage over our competitors as we create a structure within the business that is founded on individuals trained in Continuous Improvement.
